FAQ
How many groups are covered in one session?
Each session covers one group only (e.g., a single family unit or household).
If you’re planning to include extended family, multiple family groupings, or want a variety of different combinations (like siblings, cousins, grandparents, etc.), please book additional sessions to ensure we have enough time to capture everyone properly.
Can I change outfits within the session?
No outfit changes are permitted within one session. If you’d like variety, we recommend booking a second time slot.
How many poses do I get?
You’ll receive a thoughtfully curated mix of images – including group shots and a few individual portraits. The final selection is made at the photographer’s discretion, based on the best moments captured during your session.
When do bookings open?
May 1st, 2026
What does the set look like?
Clean, simple, and elegant. We use soft, neutral tones that keep the focus on you and your loved ones.

What if I am late?
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule your booking if another time is available. Please contact Jules for details.
What if there are no alternate session times available?
Each date has a limited number of sessions available; we encourage you to book early as there is no ability to add more sessions. To be added to a waitlist please contact Jules.
When do I receive my photos?
Your gallery will be ready within one week of your session.
How will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive an email with a private gallery link and simple instructions to view and download your high-resolution digital files.
Please note:
- The final images are selected by the photographer based on the strongest shots from your session.
- While we aim to capture a range of poses, not every pose is guaranteed to be included.
- As much as we try… we can’t always promise everyone is smiling at the same time!
When does the download link expire?
It is VITAL you download your images prior to the link expiring 60 days after your shoot. Links and downloads required after this date are subject to a re-upload fee of $30.
The link for my photos has not arrived?
This most likely means that an error was made when entering your email address. Please email Jules to let her know.
I can’t find my photos after I downloaded them!
Different devices and operating systems can store downloaded images in a number of places. Try looking in your downloads or photos folder.
What if my child is upset or crying during our session?
We completely understand—kids are unpredictable, and sometimes things just don’t go to plan. We do our best to help every child feel safe, relaxed, and happy in front of the camera, but occasional tears or tricky moments are totally normal.
Please note that our standard sessions are just 10 minutes long, so if your child is unsettled, there may be limited time to capture the full range of images you’d hoped for. In some cases, compromises may need to be made.
To allow more time for everyone to warm up and settle in, we highly recommend booking a double session if you think your child might need a little extra space or time. It can make all the difference in capturing those special smiles!
Important terms, conditions and other helpful information
Session start and end times are strict. Punctuality is essential as there are back-to-back sessions. We recommend aiming to arrive 5-10 minutes early, so you are not waiting too long.
We cannot control if a person (especially a younger guest) is smiling in photos or how quickly they will pose, but Jules is experienced in working with children and will do her best to ensure we capture beautiful moments. We have Working With Children qualifications, and are trained and experienced.
If there is a particular pose you would like achieve, let us know upon arrival, as session times are limited. Please communicate your requests before your session is over so we can offer the ideal experience and capture as many poses as possible.
Our professional editor will make some lighting adjustments with very slight retouches, on occasion, but please note that no heavy filters or changes will be applied. Refunds and reshoots are not issued if you dislike a group member’s appearance in the photos. We go above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy and have their eyes open, but it’s up to the individual.
We do not provide RAW footage.
We may occasionally upload some of our favourite photos to our social media; please let us know if you are not comfortable with this on the day.

Can I bring our pet?
Absolutey! But we kindly ask that if you decide to bring your family pet, that they are well trained and FRIENDLY.
If it’s a pooch, they MUST be on a lead at all times and a collar MUST be worn on ALL dogs. THIS IS A STRICT RULE THAT MUST BE AHEARDED TOO or the dog and owner may be asked to leave.
