The Details

For $75 you can bring all of your tribe, including pets. Within 2 days you will be emailed 3x high-resolution digital files for unlimited prints and sharing.

The Santa Sessions go for 5 minutes. This is for ONE GROUP ONLY. Two or three different combinations will be set up and captured. If you have large groups in attendance, require costume changes or multiple combinations please book multiple sessions.

The images will be selected at the photographer’s discretion, based on the best from your session. Please be aware that while you may try different poses during your photo session, we do not guarantee that one image of each pose will be included.

However, those that need more choice or aren’t sure that Jules will make the best selection, please book the FULL GALLERY PACKAGE which includes a gallery containing ALL of the images captured, plus an added 2x downloads, for an extra $75 on top of the standard booking fee. This will give complete control over which 5 images you would like to choose. Unfortunately, specific photo requests cannot be accommodated after your session unless you have chosen the FULL GALLERY PACKAGE.

Note: for those booking multiple sessions, selecting the full gallery package will provide 2x extra downloads FOR EACH SESSION. For example, a double session will then receive a total of 5 + 5 = 10 downloads, instead of the standard 6.

Any additional images you would like can be purchased for $30 each.

What if I am late?

Our sessions are very popular, so we must run on time. If you are late to your session, we will do our best to make up some time if possible but there is no guarantee and you may have a shorter session. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your session time. Please let our Elf know as soon as you arrive so we can best accommodate you. Please don’t call Jules as she will be very busy shooting and unable to answer. A text message is best.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes, you can reschedule your booking without a penalty. Please contact Jules to see if there is another time available.

What if there are no alternate session times available?

Each date has a limited number of Santa photography sessions available; we encourage you to book early as there is no ability to add more sessions. To be added to a waitlist please click here.

When do I receive my photos?

Within 2 days of your session.

How do I receive my photos?

Within 2 days you will be emailed a link and instructions for downloading your high-resolution digital files or viewing your online gallery if you chose the Full Gallery package.

The images will be selected at the photographer’s discretion, based on the best captured during your session. Please be aware that while you may try different poses during your photo session, we do not guarantee that one image of each pose will be included. Also we cannot guarantee your family are all smiling at the same time! Unfortunately, specific photo requests cannot be accommodated after your session unless you chose the Full Gallery package.

When does the download link expire?

It is VITAL you download your images prior to the link expiring on February 1st 2024. Links and downloads required after this date are subject to a re-upload fee of $30.

The link for my photos has not arrived?

This most likely means that an error was made when entering your email address. Please email Jules to let her know.

I can’t find my photos after I downloaded them!

Different devices and operating systems can store downloaded images in a number of places. Try looking in your downloads or photos folder.

What happens if my child is upset or crying during our session?

We try our best to make all children feel safe and comfortable near Santa, but as you know, children have a mind of their own. It is often out of our control. In an ideal world, a smiling Santa photo is what you want but just sometimes it is not possible. We also have a very limited amount of time with each family, so it is very difficult to always get the perfect smiling photo of a child who is very upset or unsure. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR SESSIONS ARE ONLY EVER 5 MINUTES LONG so compromises may have to be made in certain circumstances.

Important terms, conditions and other helpful information

Session start and end times are strict. Punctuality is essential as there are back-to-back sessions. We recommend aiming to arrive 5-10 minutes early, so you are not waiting too long.

We cannot control if a person (especially a younger guest) is smiling in photos or how quickly they will pose, but Jules and Elf Jo are experienced in working with children and will do our best to ensure we capture beautiful moments. We have Working With Children qualifications, and are trained and experienced.

If there is a particular pose you would like achieve, let us know upon arrival, as session times are limited. Please communicate your requests before your session is over so we can offer the ideal experience and capture as many poses as possible. If you do not wish for Santa to be in the photos, this is absolutely fine, just let our team know when you arrive or in your booking notes.

Children are not obliged to sit on Santa’s knee unless they are comfortable to do so. We have a variety of cute seats prepared and recommend that infants are held or cradled by a member of your group.

We have a very calm, gentle and friendly Santa that even shy children warm up to. However, if you have a little one who is scared on the day, we recommend that Santa starts outside the room and enters after you take a nice family photo.

Our professional editor will make some lighting adjustments with very slight retouches, on occasion, but please note that no heavy filters or changes will be applied. Refunds and reshoots are not issued if you dislike a group member’s appearance in the photos. We go above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy and have their eyes open, but it’s up to the individual.

We do not provide RAW footage.

We may occasionally upload some of our favourite photos to our social media; please let us know if you are not comfortable with this on the day.
